KID online event on November 20: “Depression and breast cancer”
Many breast cancer patients experience episodes of depression. In addition to the psychological stress caused by the disease, pain, and/or fatigue, treatment can also influence depression. What should be considered when combining antidepressants and cancer drugs? How can depression be diagnosed and effectively treated—beyond medication? And how can the quality of life of breast cancer patients be improved? These and other questions will be addressed at the event of the Cancer Information Service (KID).
The online event is aimed at cancer patients, their relatives, and anyone interested in the topic.
