As Managing Director of the NCT Heidelberg and Medical Director of the Department of Medical Oncology, Prof. Dr. Dirk Jäger is responsible for the clinical infrastructure and patient care at the NCT Heidelberg. Through complementary, intensive research, the Department of Medical Oncology aims to translate the latest findings from basic research into clinical practice. The focus here is on researching innovative therapeutic approaches and developing new concepts to slow tumor progression.
