The Colorectal Cancer Center has been certified according to the criteria of the German Cancer Society (DKG) since 2021. The directors of the Colorectal Cancer Center are Prof. Dr. Peter Kienle and Dr. Sebastian Dieter, and the coordinator is Dr. Georgios Polychronidis.
The development of individual and customized diagnostic and therapeutic concepts is carried out on an interdisciplinary basis by the following UKHD clinics: Visceral Surgery, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiotherapy, Pathology and Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
