Building plan NCT Heidelberg

Overview

Access to the roundabout/main entrance is permitted only for deliveries and for parking in the disabled parking spaces.

For deliveries, please use the designated delivery zone.

Parking spaces are available across from NCT Heidelberg; these are subject to a fee.

Next to the main building is a separate office building, which also houses conference rooms (K6 through K9).

Ground Floor

Through the entrance, you will reach the lobby of the main building. There, turn left to the Information Desk or the Clinical Research Day Clinic. 

Control Center A – Medical Oncology Outpatient Clinic and Control Center B – Radiation Therapy Outpatient Clinic are located across the hall. 

The ground floor houses examination and treatment rooms as well as Day Clinic 1. There are also rooms for counseling services.

The accessible entrance is to the left of the stairs. 

First Floor

The first floor houses Control Center C – Dermatological/Neurological Oncology and Control Center D – Gynecological Oncology Outpatient Clinic. 

It also houses Day Clinic 2, as well as examination and treatment rooms. 

Conference Room K1 is also located on the first floor.

The cafeteria offers drinks and snacks, as well as lounge areas, including a terrace.

Second Floor

Activities are held regularly in the exercise room.

Next to it are conference rooms K2 and K3, where tumor board meetings are held.

The quiet room ("Raum der Stille") is open to all visitors. 

Third Floor

On the third floor, there is Conference Room K5 and the Executive Board Meeting Room. 

Basement

Take the elevator to the basement (99). There you will find the DKFZ MRI registration desk and treatment rooms.

The basement also houses the Heidelberg Ion Beam Therapy Center (HIT). There are connecting corridors to the Department of Neurosurgery, the Department of Internal Medicine, the Department of Surgery, and the Department of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Dermatology.
