Accompanying persons at the NCT Heidelberg

Outpatient clinic

Patients in the outpatient clinic may bring a maximum of one accompanying person.

Day clinics (Tageskliniken)

Access to the treatment room of the day clinics is only permitted for patients, no accompanying persons are allowed.
An accompanying person may be brought along to consultations in the consulting room of the day clinics if the patient requires an assistant in the preliminary discussion before the therapy is given (e.g. interpreter), or if it is a discussion about further therapy planning (staging discussion).

Protection against infection

We recommend that all patients at the NCT Heidelberg wear a face mask for their own protection and that of other visitors. You can obtain a mask at the reception desk if required.
