The Pancreatic Cancer Center is expected to receive its initial certification in July 2026 in accordance with the criteria of the German Cancer Society (DKG). The Pancreatic Cancer Center is headed by Prof. Martin Loos, MD, and Prof. Christoph Springfeld, MD, PhD, and coordinated by PD Thomas Hank, MD.
Individualized and customized diagnostic and therapeutic concepts are developed on an interdisciplinary basis by the following UKHD clinics: Visceral Surgery, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiotherapy, Pathology and Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
