The Division of Gynaecological Oncology at NCT Heidelberg consists of a specialised interdisciplinary team (physicians, patient care staff, study nurses, scientists and project managers), which offers comprehensive consultation and medical therapy for patients with gynaecological cancer and breast cancer.
Furthermore, the close link of patient-oriented research and clinical application enables direct transfer of new scientific findings to patient care. As part of the certified oncological center of excellence and through close collaboration with other disciplines, for example the NCT Trial Center and the Women’s Hospital Heidelberg, a comprehensive diagnosis and therapy concept is available to our patients in and outside of clinical trials.

Request for Treatment at NCT Heidelberg
If you wish to receive treatment at NCT Heidelberg, you can send us your complete treatment records by mail. Based on these documents, we will assess whether treatment at NCT Heidelberg is appropriate and whether participation in a clinical trial is an option for you.
Please note that, due to the high volume of requests for second opinions, we are currently generally only able to offer appointments to patients living within a 100-km radius or if there is a possibility of participating in a clinical trial. We ask patients who live farther away to first contact the nearest NCT site.
When attending a consultation session at NCT Heidelberg for the first time, please bring along all results of previous medical examinations as copies, like for example the current physician’s letter, pathological findings and all imaging on CD as well as a referral note (Annotation: Heidelberg University Hospital / NCT).
If you are taking medication, please bring it with you and / or note which medication and dose is being used.
