CP Head & Neck
Summary
The Head and Neck Cancer Program is an interdisciplinary approach to ensure the optimal treatment for our patients. We aim for a personalized therapy approach using the most modern research and technology.
In our Cancer Program we have involved the Heidelberg University Heidelberg (UKHD), the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT), Heidelberg Ion-Beam Therapy Center (HIT), and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), to ensure highest standards.
Our Program is divided into two subgroups based on tumor localization and histology, one for Squamous Cell Carcinoma and one for Salivary Gland Tumors.
To advance the treatment of head and neck cancer patients in the future, we have multiple prospective studies running at our facilities. Our expertise enables our current and future patients to benefit from innovative approaches and receive the most up-to-date therapy for their tumor.
