Participants with completed cancer treatment wanted

After completing cancer treatment, side effects such as fatigue or polyneuropthia can persist. A study by the NCT Heidelberg, Heidelberg University Hospital, and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is now examining the effects of an online exercise program after cancer treatment on various side effects and quality of life. They are looking for participants who have recently completed cancer treatment and are suffering from after-effects.

  • Participation in the study lasts nine months and the training program lasts approximately twelve weeks.
  • The training sessions take place three times a week and are led online by experienced therapists so that participants can train from home.
  • Sports equipment and a fitness wristband are provided.

If you have any questions or are interested in taking part, please contact the project team via the contact form, by email at pref2(at)nct-heidelberg.de or by phone on 06221- 42 2201.
