Therapy management, monitoring side effects, coordinating with other specialist areas and advising and supporting patients and relatives - oncological care is varied and challenging. It is therefore not surprising that there are special nursing experts for certain aspects. These are always registered nurses, some of whom have also completed the two-year specialist oncology training course.
