Online Event on October 29: “Building Resilience - What Can Give Us Strength During a Crisis”
Psychological resilience refers to maintaining or restoring mental well-being during and after difficult life phases, such as a cancer diagnosis. It is not a miracle cure, but it can help people with cancer better cope with the challenges of the disease. Relevant strategies can be learned and practiced, allowing individuals to draw on these methods in other crisis situations as well. During this event, we will introduce the concept of resilience, provide practical tips for applying it, and list helpful resources.
This free event, organized by the Cancer Information Service, is aimed at cancer patients, their family members and friends, as well as anyone else interested in the topic.
