Daraxonrasib for Pancreatic Cancer: Experts and Study Participants from the NCT Heidelberg in the Media

The medication containing the active ingredient daraxonrasib is considered a major advance in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The NCT Heidelberg, represented by Christoph Springfeld and Maximilian Jenzer, also participated in the international study on this topic. Daraxonrasib was approved in the U.S. in August, and a positive recommendation for approval has since been issued for Europe. In Germany, the drug is not yet approved, and access to it is strictly regulated.

The ARD “tagesthemen” and RTL also reported on the study results and their significance for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Experts from the NCT Heidelberg were interviewed for both reports.
