This year, no official starting numbers will be issued at registration. Wearing a starting number is not obligatory for participation in the NCT Run 2020. It would be nice if as many people as possible set an example during the individual run and use our start number printing template with personalisation options for the virtual NCT run. Simply download, personalise, print and attach to the shirt on the chosen running day.
Dogs can of course also take part in the virtual NCT run. Please make sure to guide the leash in such a way that it doesn’t hinder yourself or other runners.
You can access the results of the virtual NCT Run 2020 via the website www.nct-lauf.de or directly under "Results" in the registration portal.
All participants can download and print out their personal certificate in the online portal.
Best times or top performances do not matter on your personal track. It does not matter how many kilometres you can or want to run: It's about setting an example and supporting the fight against cancer. Anyone can participate, anyone can help. Runners, walkers, patients and relatives or families with children - run with us!

Together against cancer: Form a virtual team with friends, colleagues or family members in accordance with the current contact restrictions.
Use the multiple registration option in the Online-Portal to enter several registrations for one team.
Even if you run in a team, you can decide whether, where and when you run, independently of your team. According to the current contact restrictions.
The virtual NCT-RUN against cancer can be run worldwide: In the park or the forest, on the treadmill or the tartan track.
Please comply with the legal regulations and keep a sufficient distance.
In order to avoid large crowds, we also ask you not to run the race on the original NCT-Cancer Running Track.
You can enter your aimed kilometres during registration. After you have finished your virtual NCT run, please enter the kilometres you have actually run using the change link in your confirmation.
As this is a fundraising event, we do not award cups and medals. Each participant can download and print out their own certificate with time and placement online via the results portal
The use of the STRAVA APP is not mandatory. If you would like to document your run in the STRAVA APP, we have created a club that you can join under "Virtual NCT-RUNning against cancer: Alone.Together!".

Share your personal virtual NCT run on social media and tag NCT Heidelberg or use #nctrun.
Additionally, you can send us a message, a photo or a video of your personal run, which will, after selection, be posted on our website.
All registered runners therefore automatically take part in our raffle of 25 limited NCT run packages.
