How do I arrange an appointment?
Appointments can be arranged by telephone. We will need your personal data, information about your disease and, if applicable, about any examinations and treatments you have had before. The data provided will enable us to find the appropriate consultation service for you as swiftly as possible.

You may also use the contact form for patients provided below. If you indicate your date of birth in the box ‘Your message’, we will offer you an appointment immediately. Please note that your information will be saved electronically so we can process your enquiry and document it in case you will receive treatment.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
If this is your first consultation at NCT, we ask you to bring all previous examination reports such as pathology reports or X-rays as well as a referral (notation: "Heidelberg University Hospital, NCT"). If you are currently taking medication, please bring it with you and/or write down the exact type and dosage of the medication you are taking.
